About the Opportunity 
 
We are currently seeking a TMS Technician & Business Development professional to join our Sandy Bay clinic on a part-time, 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a unique hybrid role combining clinical delivery of TMS with business development and program growth responsibilities.

Indicative split:

  • 60–70% Clinical (TMS delivery)
  • 30–40% Business Development
Clinical (TMS Delivery)
  • Deliver TMS treatments in line with clinical protocols and safety standards
  • Educate and support patients throughout their treatment journey
  • Monitor outcomes, manage risk, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary team
Business Development & Growth
  • Build and maintain referral pathways with GPs, psychiatrists, and allied health providers
  • Conduct stakeholder outreach and represent Clarity Health Care in the community
  • Support service promotion, marketing initiatives, and awareness campaigns
  • Track referral data, conversion rates, and growth metrics
  • Contribute to program development and future service expansion
About You
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in healthcare, mental health, neurotechnology, or a related field (nursing or allied health qualifications highly desirable).  
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • TMS Technician certification, or willingness to complete accredited training (training provided).  
  • Sound understanding of recovery-oriented practice, trauma-informed care, and culturally safe service delivery.  
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confidence in outreach, networking, and developing referral pathways.
